Send your drawing, sample, or spec. If you can describe it, we can engineer it.
Matched to your chemical, thermal, and mechanical requirements. Technical guidance on every enquiry.
Three areas where our capability runs deeper than standard rubber manufacturing.
Extruding silicone at 30 Shore A is technically demanding — the compound is highly elastic and difficult to control dimensionally through the die. We have mastered the compounding, die design, and vulcanization parameters to produce consistent soft silicone profiles at this hardness — ideal for LED luminaire seals, electronics enclosures, and medical device housings where low closure force is critical.
Closed-cell and open-cell silicone sponge profiles in any cross-section. Seals at significantly lower compression force than solid rubber — essential for lightweight enclosure lids where distortion under clamping is a concern. Operating range -60°C to +200°C. UV and ozone stable. EPDM sponge available for cost-sensitive applications.
We extrude profiles to precise lengths and join the cut ends with a flexible vulcanised bond — producing a seamless, endless gasket loop. No glue, no weak corners. Unlike moulded frame gaskets, any perimeter size is possible without new tooling. Available in A-Type, D-Type, P-Type and custom cross-sections for switchgear, luminaire housings, and dehumidifier doors. Supplied ready to fit.
In-house design and toolroom capability compresses lead times dramatically. Concept to component in hours, not weeks.

Components designed for IP 66, IP 67, and IP 68 enclosure sealing applications.
Engineered for these industries — not generic rubber, but components built for how your products actually work.
Seals and gaskets for switchgear panels, distribution boards, and junction boxes meeting IP54 to IP68 ratings with consistent compression set over long service life.
Weatherproof Silicone and EPDM seals for LED street lights, floodlights, and solar fixtures — UV stable, thermal cycling from -40°C to +150°C, IP66/IP67 rated.
Vibration isolation mounts, compressor grommets, and door seals in NBR and EPDM — resistant to condensation, refrigerants, and sustained mechanical vibration.
Precision thin-section seals and micro grommets for electronic enclosures and IoT device housings — tight dimensional tolerances for IP67/IP68 on compact formats.
Long-term supply partnerships for pumps, valves, and industrial equipment — we hold tooling, maintain stock profiles, and supply on call-off with consistent batch quality.
We reverse-engineer imported rubber components and manufacture OEM-approved local equivalents at or below import price — proven with electrical, lighting, and engineering customers across India and the USA.
