For over 30 years, we have been providing solutions to the users of synthetic rubber industrial components. We manufacture to IS, BS, ASTM specifications or to the drawings and specifications provided by the customer.
Quality is a mindset for us at Silton. We provide 'economic pricing’ to our customers. We manufacture high quality components which have a longer life span compared to low quality ones. Hence they effectively turn out much cheaper in the long run.
A modern quality control laboratory strengthens us through constant R&D and improvement in the products. We have equipment for performing tests for hardness, tensile strength, elongation at break, compression set, effects of accelerated aging, effects of different chemicals/oils at room and elevated temperatures on the properties (that is the changes in volume, weight, tensile, elongation at break, hardness etc.) and numerous electrical tests.
We give utmost importance to delivery schedules. We realize that dearth of rubber components can in certain cases, make a whole assembly line inoperative, and hence our maintaining delivery schedules is critical for the customer. We also provide counseling and customer support. Counseling about synthetic rubber applications helps us to know our customer’s needs better and helps us to serve them better.
